Job Description

This is an entry-level position where no prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive, hands-on training to ensure your success and safety. You will learn the ropes of professional high-rise window washing, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and adhering to the highest safety standards. Key Responsibilities
- Participate in and successfully complete all provided safety and job-specific training.
- Safely and efficiently clean windows on high-rise buildings using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Inspect and maintain ropes, harnesses, and other safety equipment before and after each use.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and industry regulations.
- Work collaboratively with a team to ensure job completion and safety.
- Communicate effectively with team leaders and other crew members.
- Ensure client satisfaction through high-quality work and professional conduct.
