Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Casino Floor Manager to oversee daily operations on our gaming floor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining game integrity, and ensuring compliance with all gaming regulations. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a passion for the gaming industry. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all gaming floor activities, including table games, slots, and cashier operations.
- Ensure adherence to all gaming regulations, internal controls, and company policies.
- Provide leadership and guidance to gaming staff, including dealers, supervisors, and support personnel.
- Monitor game play, identify potential issues, and resolve customer disputes efficiently and professionally.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Manage staff scheduling, breaks, and performance reviews.
- Oversee the security of the gaming floor and assets, collaborating with security personnel.
- Train and mentor new and existing staff on operational procedures and customer service standards.
- Prepare daily reports on gaming performance and operational incidents.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new operational strategies and service enhancements.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a casino supervisory or management role.
- In-depth knowledge of casino games (e.g., Blackjack, Roulette, Poker) and gaming operations.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proven ability to resolve conflicts and handle challenging situations calmly.
- Thorough understanding of gaming regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in casino management software and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
