Job Description
Are you looking for a fun and flexible casual role this summer? Cold Rock Ice Creamery Cairns is seeking enthusiastic and friendly Ice Cream Servers to join our team for the busy summer season. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in a fast-paced customer service environment. We provide full training, so no prior experience is necessary – just a great attitude and a willingness to learn! You will be responsible for creating delicious custom ice cream creations, serving customers with a smile, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment. Casual day shifts mean you can enjoy the Cairns lifestyle while earning some summer cash.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders.
- Prepare and serve custom ice cream creations on the cold rock slab.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately using a POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the store, including equipment and dining areas.
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and company policies.
