Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Public Pension Fund Administrator to join our dedicated team in a quiet office setting. Key Responsibilities

  • Process and maintain accurate pension fund member data and records within established systems.
  • Respond to inquiries from internal departments and external partners regarding pension benefits and administration procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of routine financial reports, statements, and other administrative documents.
  • Ensure strict adherence to provincial and federal pension fund regulations and internal governance policies.
  • Manage documentation, including data entry, physical and digital filing, and efficient retrieval, with a high degree of precision.
  • Support internal and external audit processes by gathering and organizing necessary information and documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements in administrative procedures and enhance overall efficiency.
