Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as an Inbound Remote Booking Coordinator. This is an incredible opportunity for someone looking to start a rewarding career with paid training and no prior experience required. In this 100% remote role, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries, primarily focused on scheduling appointments and managing bookings. There are absolutely NO outbound sales or cold calls involved. We provide comprehensive paid training to ensure your success, equipping you with all the knowledge and tools you need to excel in this vital customer support function.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally.
- Accurately schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments using our internal booking system.
- Provide clear and concise information regarding services and availability.
- Document all customer interactions and booking details accurately in the system.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through friendly and efficient service.
- Adhere to established scripts and protocols to ensure consistency and quality.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer experience.
