Job Description

Always Best Care Senior Services is seeking enthusiastic and empathetic individuals to join our team as Live-in Carers in the Chandler area. This is an incredible entry-level opportunity providing comprehensive training, comfortable accommodation, and a chance to truly impact the lives of our elderly clients. You will provide essential care and companionship, living with a client to ensure their safety, comfort, and well-being around the clock. Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
- Assist with medication reminders and appointments.
- Prepare nutritious meals and manage dietary needs.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, laundry, and maintain a tidy living environment.
- Offer companionship, engage in meaningful conversations, and participate in recreational activities.
- Run errands, grocery shopping, and accompany clients to appointments.
- Monitor and report changes in the client's health or behavior to the care manager.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable living environment at all times.
Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation (highly preferred for errands/appointments).
- CPR and First Aid certification (can be obtained during training).
- Previous experience caring for a family member or friend (not professional experience).
- High school diploma or GED.
