Job Description

Royal LePage Binder Real Estate is seeking a dedicated Remote Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to work 100% remotely, connecting with potential clients, nurturing leads, and setting appointments for our top-producing agents. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and texts to potential buyers and sellers from warm lead sources.
  • Qualify leads to assess their needs, timelines, and motivation for real estate transactions.
  • Set high-quality appointments for our Senior Real Estate Agents.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all communications in our CRM system.
  • Follow up diligently with prospects to nurture relationships and re-engage dormant leads.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and basic office applications.
  • A strong desire to succeed and a resilient attitude towards sales challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a customer-facing role.
