Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers warmly and assisting with inquiries.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Assist customers with returns, exchanges, and product information.
- Promote loyalty programs and current store promotions.
- Stock shelves and ensure products are neatly displayed when required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience for all customers.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and a strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs (11 kg) occasionally.
