Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers warmly and assisting with inquiries.
  • Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Assist customers with returns, exchanges, and product information.
  • Promote loyalty programs and current store promotions.
  • Stock shelves and ensure products are neatly displayed when required.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience for all customers.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and a strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs (11 kg) occasionally.
