Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to warm leads generated through various marketing channels.
  • Qualify potential clients by understanding their real estate needs, motivations, and timelines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers and sellers.
  • Set appointments for real estate agents with qualified leads.
  • Manage and update CRM database with accurate client information and communication notes.
  • Follow up diligently with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with real estate agents to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Continuously improve sales skills and knowledge of the local real estate market.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment setting targets.

Required Skills

  • Proven sales or customer service experience (1+ year preferred).
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in real estate sales or inside sales.
  • Familiarity with the Nashville metropolitan area and surrounding real estate market.
  • Experience with lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
