Job Description

This is a fully remote opportunity to teach English online to students of all ages and proficiency levels globally. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective online English lessons tailored to student needs.
- Prepare and adapt lesson materials to ensure an impactful learning experience.
- Provide constructive feedback and diligently assess student progress.
- Maintain a positive, encouraging, and interactive virtual classroom environment.
- Collaborate with students and parents (if applicable) to ensure learning objectives are consistently met.
- Participate actively in ongoing professional development and training sessions to enhance teaching skills.
- Ensure a stable internet connection and a quiet, professional teaching environment.
Required Skills
- Excellent command of the English language (native or near-native proficiency).
- Strong communication and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to engage and motivate students effectively in an online setting.
- Proficiency with various online teaching platforms and digital tools.
- Possession of a reliable computer, high-quality webcam, headset, and stable high-speed internet connection.
- TEFL/TESOL certification (or willingness to obtain one – training assistance available).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Education, Linguistics, English, or related fields preferred).
- Previous experience teaching English online or in a traditional classroom setting.
- Experience working with various age groups, including children, teenagers, and adults.
- Familiarity with CEFR or other standardized language proficiency frameworks.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate global student time zones.
