Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and meticulous Vehicle Valeter to join our busy team in Aberdeen. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all vehicles are presented to the highest standards, both internally and externally, ready for display or customer handover. This is a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicle interiors, including vacuuming, shampooing, and polishing.
- Execute comprehensive exterior washes, waxing, and polishing to a professional finish.
- Clean and treat wheels, tires, and exterior trim.
- Inspect vehicles for any remaining dirt or imperfections and rectify promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organised valeting bay, ensuring all equipment is properly stored and maintained.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and company procedures.
- Move vehicles safely around the site as required.
- Assist with other general site duties as needed.
Required Skills
- A full, valid UK driving licence (manual transmission).
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to work in varying weather conditions.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a valeting or detailing role.
- Knowledge of various cleaning products and techniques.
