Job Description
Are you passionate about coffee and customer service but have no prior experience? Starbucks Bristol is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Trainee Barista / Coffee Shop Assistant. Key Responsibilities
- Complete our in-depth barista training program.
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages to Starbucks standards.
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service, taking orders, and building rapport with customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, seating areas, and restrooms.
- Assist with stocking inventory and ensuring product availability.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth operations.
