Job Description
We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level Warehouse Worker for night shifts at our Dryden distribution center. This is a full-time position offering comprehensive training for those with no prior warehouse experience. You will be an integral part of our logistics operation, ensuring products are received, stored, and shipped efficiently to our stores across the region. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, unload, and process incoming shipments.
- Picking and packing orders for outgoing shipments.
- Organize and store inventory in designated locations.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) after proper training and certification.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Participate in regular inventory counts as required.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Capable of standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Dryden facility for night shifts.
- Commitment to safety guidelines and procedures.
- No previous warehouse experience required; full training will be provided.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a general labor or physically demanding role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
