Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team in Southport. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a solid understanding of the Salesforce platform to play a crucial role in optimising our Salesforce environment, ensuring its efficiency, and supporting our users. You will be responsible for maintaining the health of our Salesforce instance, implementing enhancements, and providing essential user support and training. This role offers a hybrid work model, blending on-site collaboration with the flexibility of remote work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including customisation of objects, fields, page layouts, record types, workflows, and validation rules.
  • Perform routine system administration tasks such as user management (create, deactivate, assign permissions, roles, profiles).
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity.
  • Provide technical support to Salesforce users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement new features and functionalities.
  • Conduct user training and create documentation to ensure effective adoption and utilisation of Salesforce.
  • Stay updated with new Salesforce releases and features, recommending and implementing relevant updates.
  • Assist in data migration and integration projects as needed.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator (minimum 2 years).
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce sales and service cloud functionalities.
  • Experience with Salesforce declarative automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, Workflow Rules).
  • Strong data management skills, including data loading, cleansing, and validation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder).
  • Experience with CPQ or Field Service Lightning.
  • Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment.
