We are seeking a passionate and skilled Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Brantford, Ontario. This full-time, on-site position offers comprehensive visa sponsorship support for qualified international candidates looking to establish their career in Canada. As a Behavior Analyst at CBI Health, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental challenges. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, provide direct therapy, supervise RBTs/IBIs, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to achieve meaningful outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians (RBTs/IBIs).
- Collaborate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Analyze data to make informed clinical decisions and adjust treatment plans.
- Ensure services adhere to ethical guidelines and best practice standards.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Required Skills
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of post-certification clinical experience in ABA.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
- Eligibility for professional registration in Ontario (e.g., College of Psychologists of Ontario registration if applicable, or readiness to pursue relevant provincial regulations).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with various age groups (children, adolescents, and adults).
- Proficiency in additional languages relevant to the local community.
- Experience supervising multiple RBTs/IBIs and leading small teams.
- Knowledge of relevant Canadian healthcare regulations and practices.
