Job Description
Are you enthusiastic about sports and customer service? Sport Chek in Fredericton is looking for energetic and friendly individuals to join our team as Part-Time Retail Sales Associates. No prior experience in retail or sales is required – we believe in developing talent from the ground up! This is a fantastic opportunity for those eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a vibrant retail environment. You will receive comprehensive training to become a product expert and provide outstanding support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs and provide product information
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and product displays
- Restock merchandise and assist with inventory management as needed
- Learn about new products and promotions to effectively communicate them to customers
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals
- Uphold Sport Chek's customer service standards and brand values
