Job Description
Join Nuffield Health’s team for an exciting and easy summer job as a Swimming Pool Water Tester / Monitor. This entry-level role is perfect for someone looking for temporary work during the summer months, offering full training and a chance to contribute to the safe and enjoyable experience of our club members. You will be responsible for conducting routine water quality tests and ensuring our pools meet the highest safety and hygiene standards. No prior experience is required – just a keen eye for detail and a commitment to health and safety!
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily routine water quality tests (e.g., pH, chlorine levels) in swimming pools using provided equipment.
- Accurately record test results and maintain detailed logs.
- Report any anomalies or levels outside of specified parameters to the Aquatics Manager or duty manager promptly.
- Monitor pool areas for cleanliness and adherence to safety guidelines.
- Assist with basic pool area tidiness and organization.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and guidelines.
Required Skills
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Basic numeracy skills for recording data.
- A responsible attitude towards health and safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be 18 years or older.
Preferred Qualifications
