Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sustainable Packaging Line Worker to join our eco-friendly factory in Banbury. This is a vital role on our day shift, where you will be instrumental in the production and quality control of our sustainable packaging solutions. You will operate and monitor packaging machinery, ensure products meet our high environmental and quality standards, and contribute to a safe and efficient working environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a team committed to reducing environmental impact through innovative packaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor packaging machinery and equipment on the production line.
- Perform quality checks on finished products and raw materials to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Load and unload materials, including sustainable cardboard and recycled plastic components.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, production issues, or quality concerns to supervisors.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily production targets.
- Assist with basic machine adjustments and changeovers as required.
- Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions diligently.
