Job Description
We are seeking talented and ambitious Technology & Software Engineers to join our dynamic team in Ashford, Kent. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust and scalable software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our technical stack.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, Go).
- Solid understanding of software development principles, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- A passion for technology and continuous learning.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) or back-end frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Node.js).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
