Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in a structured training program covering fire safety regulations, inspection techniques, and building codes.
- Accompany experienced Fire Inspectors on site visits, observing and learning about fire risk assessments and compliance checks.
- Assist with the documentation of inspection findings, including photographs and written reports.
- Learn to identify potential fire hazards and non-compliance issues within various building types.
- Understand and apply relevant fire safety legislation, standards, and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with property owners and managers under the guidance of senior inspectors.
- Contribute to a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the team.
Required Skills
- A strong desire to learn and develop a career in public safety.
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite).

- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (essential for site visits).

- A-Levels or equivalent vocational qualifications.
