Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Vacation Rental Cleaner / Turnaround Specialist to join our dynamic team in Kelowna. This role is crucial for ensuring our properties are immaculate and ready for guest arrivals, upholding Vacasa’s high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning of vacation rental properties between guest stays, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.
  • Change linens and make beds, ensuring all bedding and towels are fresh and neatly presented.
  • Restock amenities such as toiletries, coffee, and welcome kits according to property standards.
  • Inspect properties for damages or maintenance issues and report them promptly using our internal system.
  • Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently within tight turnaround windows.
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and company cleaning protocols.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies are low.

Required Skills

  • Proven ability to clean quickly and efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to immaculate presentation.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet strict deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to perform demanding cleaning tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
  • Reliable transportation to travel between multiple properties in the Kelowna area.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English (read, write, speak).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in hotel housekeeping, vacation rental cleaning, or a similar professional cleaning role.
  • Knowledge of various cleaning products and equipment.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, as needed for peak season turnarounds.
  • Valid Class 5 British Columbia Driver's License.
