Job Description
Join Bell Canada as an Outbound Market Researcher. This is a unique work-from-home opportunity perfect for individuals who are excellent communicators and enjoy engaging with people, but do not want a sales role. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to conduct market research interviews over the phone. You will be responsible for gathering valuable data through structured surveys, helping us understand market trends and customer needs. Full training will be provided, so no prior experience in market research is necessary. This position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to individuals and businesses to administer market research surveys
- Accurately record responses and data using our survey software
- Follow survey scripts and guidelines precisely to ensure data integrity
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor during all interactions
- Adhere to strict data privacy and confidentiality protocols
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project goals
Required Skills

- Ability to read and follow scripts accurately
- Basic computer proficiency (data entry, web browsing)
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
