Job Description
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a Pawn Shop Inventory Duster. This entry-level position is crucial for maintaining the pristine appearance and organization of our diverse inventory. You will be responsible for ensuring all display items and storage areas are spotless, contributing directly to a positive customer experience and the professional presentation of our merchandise. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic and an eye for detail to start a career in retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Diligently dust and clean all display cases, shelves, and inventory items daily.
- Organize and arrange merchandise according to established guidelines to ensure an appealing and tidy store.
- Assist with basic inventory checks, ensuring items are correctly placed and easily accessible.
- Report any damaged or misplaced items to store management.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in back-of-house storage areas.
- Support the team with general upkeep and presentation of the retail space.
- Follow all health, safety, and security protocols.
