Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Syringe Packaging Operative to join our manufacturing team in Pittsburgh, PA. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a structured, quality-focused environment. The role involves light work, primarily focused on the precise and careful packaging of medical syringes according to established protocols and high quality standards. Full training will be provided to ensure you are equipped with the skills needed to succeed in this vital role.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform light assembly and packaging of medical syringes in a cleanroom or controlled environment.
- Inspect products for visual defects, ensuring they meet strict quality standards.
- Label, seal, and box finished products accurately and efficiently.
- Operate basic packaging machinery and tools as instructed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Accurately document production activities and quality checks.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and maintain workflow.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Basic communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications
