Job Description

We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Virtual Lead Qualifier. In this 100% remote role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, asking qualifying questions to understand their needs and transferring them to the appropriate sales or service specialist. No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers via outbound and inbound calls in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Actively listen to customer needs and ask targeted qualifying questions based on provided scripts and guidelines.
  • Accurately determine customer eligibility and interest for various products and services.
  • Seamlessly transfer qualified leads to sales representatives or specialized departments.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to improve performance and skills.
