Job Description
Join the Next team as a Weekend Retail Assistant in our bustling King’s Lynn store! This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about fashion and customer service. You will be instrumental in ensuring our customers have a pleasant and efficient shopping experience, helping to maintain a tidy and attractive store environment. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our till systems.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, ensuring products are well-stocked and neatly presented.
- Assist with stock replenishment, checking deliveries, and organizing the stockroom.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve minor issues or escalate as necessary.
- Support store opening and closing procedures as required.
- Ensure the sales floor remains clean, tidy, and safe for customers and colleagues.
