Job Description
Join our dynamic team at Fidelity Investments as an E-commerce Order Fraud Reviewer. In this critical office-based role, you will be responsible for meticulously analyzing e-commerce transactions to identify and prevent fraudulent activity. Your sharp eye for detail and analytical skills will be essential in protecting our customers and our company from financial loss. Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze e-commerce orders for potential fraud indicators using internal tools and external resources.
- Investigate suspicious transactions by examining order details, customer history, payment information, and shipping addresses.
- Communicate effectively with customers, internal departments, and payment processors to verify order legitimacy and resolve discrepancies.
- Accurately document all findings, actions taken, and resolutions in our fraud prevention systems.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights, best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement of fraud detection strategies.
- Stay informed about current fraud trends, evolving tactics, and new security threats.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to fraud prevention and data privacy.
