Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Influencer Marketing & PR Intern to join our growing team. This is an incredible opportunity for an entry-level professional to gain hands-on experience in identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with key influencers and media contacts. You will play a crucial role in our talent outreach efforts, supporting the development and execution of campaigns that elevate our clients’ brands and messages. No prior extensive experience is required; we are looking for a eager learner with a passion for social media, PR, and connecting with people.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in researching and identifying relevant influencers, content creators, and media contacts across various platforms and niches.
- Support the outreach process by crafting compelling communication and engaging with potential partners.
- Help manage and maintain our influencer database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Monitor influencer content and campaign performance, compiling basic reports and insights.
- Collaborate with the PR and marketing teams to brainstorm creative campaign ideas and outreach strategies.
- Assist with content coordination, ensuring influencers receive necessary materials and brand guidelines.
- Track media mentions and social conversations related to client campaigns and industry trends.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute fresh ideas and perspectives.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interest in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) and current trends.
- Ability to conduct thorough research and identify relevant information.
- Organized with a keen eye for detail.
- Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
- A genuine passion for marketing, PR, and connecting with people.
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing tools or platforms (e.g., CreatorIQ, AspireIQ, BuzzSumo).
- Experience managing personal social media accounts or creating online content.
- Basic understanding of PR principles and media relations.
