Job Description
Are you passionate about social media and eager to learn the ropes of content creation and creator management on TikTok? Social Chain is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Virtual Assistant for TikTok Creators to join our remote team. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity designed for individuals with no prior experience in social media or virtual assistance. We provide comprehensive paid training to equip you with all the skills needed to support our network of talented TikTok creators. If you’re organized, a quick learner, and ready to dive into the dynamic world of TikTok, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Assist TikTok creators with content scheduling and publishing
- Conduct research for trending sounds, challenges, and content ideas on TikTok
- Monitor comments and engage with the creator's community under guidance
- Organize and manage content assets, ensuring they are readily available
- Track and report on basic performance metrics (views, likes, comments)
- Support creators with administrative tasks as needed
- Collaborate closely with creators and internal teams to ensure smooth workflows
Required Skills
- Strong interest in social media, particularly TikTok
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to learn new tools and platforms quickly
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft Office)
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with TikTok trends and creator culture
- Experience using project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) is a plus, but not required
