Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior Laser Hair Removal Specialists during treatments, ensuring smooth operation.
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment according to strict hygiene and safety protocols.
- Ensure client comfort and safety throughout their clinic visit.
- Maintain impeccably clean and organised clinic environments.
- Actively participate in all training sessions and workshops to develop your skills and knowledge.
- Learn and adhere to all clinic policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Greet clients warmly, assist with check-ins, and manage appointment scheduling.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering client queries and ensuring a positive experience.
- Process client paperwork and maintain accurate records.
- Support the clinic team with various administrative tasks as required.
