Job Description

No prior experience in mental health is required, as we provide full, comprehensive training from day one. Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care and support to service users under the guidance of experienced staff.
- Assist service users with daily living activities, promoting independence and well-being.
- Engage service users in therapeutic activities and social interactions.
- Observe and report any changes in service user's condition or behaviour to the nursing staff.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for service users.
- Support service users in attending appointments and community activities.
- Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Adhere to all Trust policies, procedures, and safeguarding guidelines.
- Participate actively in all provided training and development programs.
