Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Eyeglass Frame Assembler to join our precision manufacturing team in Rochester, MN. This is a seated role focused on the intricate assembly of eyeglass frames, involving very small components and specialized tools. If you have exceptional manual dexterity, a keen eye for detail, and enjoy working with precision, this role offers a stable and comfortable work environment. Full training will be provided to ensure you master the specific assembly techniques required for our high-quality optical products.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble eyeglass frames and components according to precise specifications and quality standards.
- Handle and manipulate tiny screws, hinges, and other small parts with accuracy and care.
- Utilize specialized hand tools and magnifying equipment for intricate assembly tasks.
- Perform quality checks and inspections on assembled frames to identify and resolve any defects.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure production efficiency and quality goals are met.
- Adapt to new product designs and assembly processes as required.
