Job Description

We are seeking empathetic and efficient Remote Live Chat Agents to join our customer support team. In this 100% remote role, you will be responsible for assisting customers exclusively through text-based chat, providing solutions to their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive service experience. This is a crucial role for individuals who excel at written communication, problem-solving, and working independently in a fast-paced environment. Full training on T-Mobile products, services, and chat platforms will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in real-time via live chat to resolve issues and answer questions.
  • Provide accurate and complete information using company resources and knowledge bases.
  • Troubleshoot customer problems, guiding them through solutions for service, billing, or technical inquiries.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Adhere to established chat response times and quality standards.
