Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and billing.
  • Listen actively to customers, identifying their needs and concerns to offer appropriate assistance.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior agents or specialized departments when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through friendly and helpful service.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data protection and privacy guidelines.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and skills.

  • Strong listening skills and ability to empathize with customer needs.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
