Job Description
We are urgently seeking a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher / Kitchen Steward to join our culinary team immediately. This is a crucial role responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring our chefs have the tools they need to create exceptional meals, and supporting the overall smooth operation of our food and beverage services. Key Responsibilities
- Operate dishwashing machines and ensure all dishware, glassware, and kitchen utensils are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
- Hand wash pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment that cannot be cleaned by machine.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, kitchen, and storage areas.
- Remove trash and recycling, ensuring proper disposal.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, such as peeling vegetables or stocking ingredients.
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors regularly to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food safety and hygiene standards.
- Support the culinary team with various tasks to ensure efficient kitchen operations.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
