Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Yacht Teak Deck Polisher. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the meticulous cleaning, restoration, and polishing of teak decks and other marine surfaces on various luxury vessels operating in the Banff area’s stunning lakes. This position demands a keen eye for detail, a commitment to quality, and the physical ability to perform demanding tasks in various weather conditions. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning, sanding, and polishing of teak decks to restore their natural beauty and protect against elements.
  • Apply specialized teak sealants and oils according to product specifications and company standards.
  • Clean and detail all exterior marine surfaces, including fiberglass, stainless steel, and glass.
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, ensuring proper use and safety.
  • Inspect surfaces for damage or areas requiring extra attention, reporting findings to management.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental guidelines, particularly regarding water quality and product disposal.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet client expectations and project deadlines.
