Job Description

As a Medical Scribe, you will be responsible for documenting patient encounters in real-time, assisting our medical professionals in delivering efficient and high-quality care, and learning the intricacies of various medical specialties. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately document patient history, physical exams, physician orders, and other medical data in the electronic health record (EHR) during patient visits.
- Work alongside physicians, residents, and other healthcare providers in a clinic or hospital setting.
- Assist with administrative tasks as directed by the physician, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines.
- Learn and adapt quickly to different medical specialties and physician documentation styles.
- Facilitate efficient patient flow by anticipating physician needs.
