Job Description

No prior experience in caregiving is required – we provide comprehensive, paid training, including the nationally recognized Care Certificate, to ensure you have all the skills and confidence needed to excel. Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities such as conversations, games, and light exercise.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, tidying, and maintaining a clean environment.
- Assist with medication reminders and appointment scheduling.
- Provide transportation for errands, appointments, and social outings.
- Observe and report any changes in the client's physical, mental, or emotional condition.
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
- Build trusting relationships with clients and their families.
Required Skills
- Compassionate and caring demeanor.

- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist clients with mobility.

Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous experience as a volunteer in a care setting (not required, but a plus).
- CPR and First Aid certification (training can be provided).
