Job Description
Are you passionate about video games and looking for an exciting way to break into the gaming industry? Electronic Arts Canada is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals for a Virtual Video Game Tester role. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for anyone with a love for gaming and a keen eye for detail, regardless of prior professional experience. You’ll work remotely from your home in Innisfil, playing unreleased games and providing critical feedback to our development teams. Key Responsibilities
- Play assigned video games across various genres and platforms for extended periods.
- Identify, document, and report software bugs, glitches, and inconsistencies using internal bug-tracking tools.
- Provide constructive feedback on gameplay, user experience, difficulty, and overall enjoyability.
- Perform various testing types, including functional, usability, and regression testing.
- Follow test plans and execute test cases diligently.
- Communicate effectively with development and QA teams regarding findings and suggestions.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding unreleased game content and project details.
- Adhere to project deadlines and quality standards.
Required Skills
- Genuine passion for video games and familiarity with various genres and platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with navigating software applications.

Preferred Qualifications
