Key Responsibilities
- Provide front-line technical support for AWS customers via various channels (chat, email, phone) on a 100% remote basis.

- Escalate complex issues to senior support engineers and relevant internal teams.
- Document customer interactions, solutions, and internal processes accurately.
- Participate in ongoing training programs and actively pursue AWS certification paths.
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and improve support documentation.
- Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.
