Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Child Protection Services team, including data entry, filing, and record keeping.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and home visits for social workers.
  • Prepare and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Communicate effectively and empathetically with families, children, and external agencies under supervision.
  • Support the coordination of resources and services for families, such as transportation, housing, and educational assistance.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information and adhere to professional ethics.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  • Contribute to a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Strong organizational skills and and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
