Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our global team as Remote Subtitle & Caption Writers. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to work from home, regardless of prior experience in captioning. You will be responsible for creating high-quality subtitles and captions for a variety of video content, ensuring accuracy, linguistic precision, and adherence to our specific style guidelines. Full training will be provided to help you master the necessary tools and techniques. Key Responsibilities
- Watch video content meticulously to accurately transcribe dialogue and auditory information.
- Synchronize subtitles and captions with on-screen audio and video events.
- Review and edit your work for grammatical accuracy, spelling, punctuation, and style.
- Adhere strictly to Netflix's established captioning guidelines and quality standards.
- Manage your workload effectively to meet assigned deadlines.
- Communicate proactively with team leads regarding any challenges or questions.
- Continuously improve captioning skills and familiarity with new tools and techniques through provided training.
Required Skills
- Excellent command of the English language, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Strong listening comprehension skills.
- Proficient typing speed and accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.

- No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
