Job Description
Join our manufacturing team as a Golf Club Grip Installer. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for precisely installing grips onto golf clubs, ensuring each product meets our high standards for quality and performance. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, enjoy working with their hands, and are looking for a stable position in a dynamic factory environment. Full training will be provided to ensure your success in this specialized craft.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately install golf club grips according to specified designs and quality standards.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure proper grip alignment and adhesion.
- Operate and maintain specialized grip installation equipment and tools.
- Monitor inventory of grips and related materials, reporting shortages as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Perform routine quality checks on finished golf clubs.
