Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and plasma collection procedures following strict safety and quality protocols.
- Monitor donors throughout the donation process, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Prepare and maintain donor records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Educate donors on the plasma donation process and answer any questions they may have.
- Prepare plasma units for shipment and assist with inventory management.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all sanitation guidelines.
- Respond to donor reactions or emergencies calmly and efficiently.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Willingness to learn and adhere to strict procedural guidelines
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
- Basic computer proficiency
- Experience in a healthcare or regulated environment (e.g., medical assistant, CNA)
