Job Description

Costa Group is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals for seasonal Crop Maintenance Hand positions in our Parramatta operations. No prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive on-the-job training to equip you with the skills needed to succeed. Key Responsibilities
- Perform various crop maintenance tasks, including pruning, thinning, weeding, and pest monitoring under supervision.
- Assist with planting and harvesting activities as required.
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Report any issues or concerns to the team leader promptly.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve production goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
