Job Description
Are you ready to use your smartphone to shape the future of digital products? NielsenIQ is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals for a Work From Home: App Tester & Reviewer role. This is a 100% remote, entry-level position where no prior experience is required. We provide full training to ensure your success. Your primary task will be to thoroughly test a variety of mobile applications, provide honest and constructive feedback, and identify any bugs or user experience issues. If you have a smartphone, a keen eye for detail, and are eager to contribute to improving technology from the comfort of your home, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Download and install various mobile applications on your personal smartphone (iOS or Android).
- Execute pre-defined test cases and explore app functionalities to identify bugs, glitches, and usability issues.
- Provide clear, concise, and constructive written feedback on app performance, design, and user experience.
- Document findings accurately, including steps to reproduce issues and relevant screenshots or recordings.
- Adhere to testing guidelines and deadlines provided for each assignment.
- Communicate effectively with the testing team regarding any challenges or observations.
