Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as a Flower Packer. This is an entry-level position perfect for anyone looking for light, clean work during day shifts. You will be responsible for carefully handling and packaging a variety of fresh flowers, ensuring they meet our quality standards before distribution. Full training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary. This role offers a supportive work environment and consistent daytime hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Carefully inspect and select fresh flowers for packing.
- Arrange and pack flowers into bouquets and various packaging types according to specifications.
- Ensure all packed products meet quality control standards and presentation guidelines.
- Label packages accurately for shipping and inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Required Skills
