Job Description
Are you an enthusiastic individual with a passion for civil engineering and construction, looking to kickstart your career? Lendlease is offering an exciting Junior Civil Intern position based at one of our active construction sites in Maryborough, Queensland. This entry-level internship is designed for individuals with little to no prior experience, providing a foundational understanding of construction site operations, civil engineering principles in practice, and project management support. You will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands-on exposure to various stages of construction, site safety protocols, and quality control processes. Key Responsibilities
- Assist site engineers and project managers with daily operations and tasks.
- Learn and adhere to all site safety regulations and procedures.
- Support with documentation, record-keeping, and progress reporting.
- Participate in site inspections and quality control checks.
- Help in coordinating materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Gain exposure to various civil construction methods and technologies.
- Undertake general administrative duties as required on site.

Required Skills
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant civil engineering, construction management, or related diploma/degree program.
