Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Centrelink Admin Support professional to join our Processing Team in Warrnambool. In this critical role, you will be responsible for accurately processing a high volume of Centrelink applications and related documentation. This is an essential administrative function, ensuring timely and correct service delivery to the community. Full training on Centrelink specific systems and processes will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to start or advance their career in administrative support within a vital public service context.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process Centrelink applications, forms, and updates in accordance with established guidelines.
- Perform data entry tasks, maintaining comprehensive and precise electronic records.
- Verify information provided by applicants, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Respond to internal queries from other teams regarding application statuses or procedural matters.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all privacy regulations and Centrelink policies.
- Assist with general administrative duties, filing, and document management as required.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Required Skills
