Job Description
Join Charter Communications as a Pop-up Shop Brand Representative and be the face of our brand during exciting temporary events! This role is perfect for energetic and outgoing individuals looking to gain valuable experience in sales, marketing, and customer engagement. You will be responsible for creating memorable interactions with potential customers, showcasing our products and services, and driving interest in our offerings. We provide comprehensive training, so while customer service experience is a a plus, a positive attitude and willingness to learn are most important. This is a fantastic opportunity for flexible work with weekly pay.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the Charter Communications brand with enthusiasm and professionalism at various pop-up shop locations.
- Engage proactively with potential customers to introduce products and services.
- Provide accurate and compelling information about current promotions and offerings.
- Capture leads and direct interested individuals to sign-up resources.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of pop-up shop displays.
- Maintain a clean and inviting appearance for the pop-up shop area.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team.
- Achieve daily and weekly engagement and lead generation targets.
